01How to Request Deletion

LegaXy Sports Academy lets users of the LegaXy Student App and LegaXy Coach App request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Parents or legal guardians may request deletion on behalf of a student under 18.

STEP 01

Submit

Fill in the form below — it goes straight to our team. Or email hello@legaxy.org from your registered email with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

STEP 02

Verify

We confirm you own the account (or are the student's parent/guardian). We may contact you on your registered email or phone.

STEP 03

Deleted

Your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we email you confirmation once complete.

Your request goes straight to the LegaXy team. We check it against your registered email or phone before anything is deleted. Prefer email? Write to hello@legaxy.org from your registered address.

03Data That Is Deleted

Data type	What happens
Account & login details	Name, email address, phone number and account credentials are permanently deleted.
Profile information	Profile photographs and other information you provided are deleted.
Student records	Class, sport, attendance, assessments and performance / progress history linked to the account are deleted.
Coach records	Coach profile, experience and certifications are deleted.
App & device data	Device identifiers and notification tokens linked to the account are deleted.

04Data That May Be Kept

Data type	Retention
Records required by law	Kept only where we are legally required to, and only for the period the law requires.
Security & backup copies	Removed from encrypted backups on their normal cycle, within 90 days of deletion.
Anonymised statistics	Aggregated data that can no longer identify you (e.g. total session counts) may be kept.

Want to remove only some data without deleting your account? Choose “Delete some of my data only” in the form and tell us what should be removed.
