Our Process

A System,
Not Sessions.

A clear, proven four-step process that ensures every student progresses — regardless of their starting point. Structured, measurable, and fully managed by us.

How It Works

Four Steps. One Outcome.

From baseline to breakthrough — every student moves through the same proven framework, executed consistently by our certified coaches.

Assess — Know Every Student

Before a single session begins, we run a comprehensive baseline evaluation covering each student's fitness, coordination, and sport-specific skill levels. This data shapes everything downstream — ensuring coaching is targeted, not generic.

Assessment

What the Baseline Covers

Physical fitness markers (speed, strength, flexibility), coordination tests, sport aptitude, and a wellness intake. All data is captured in the LegaXy app and benchmarked against national age norms.

Train — Structured Sessions, Expert Coaches

Age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned 80-minute sessions led by certified coaches. Every session follows the LegaXy Training Blueprint — a five-phase structure designed for maximum development and engagement.

Training

The LegaXy Training Blueprint

Every session follows our proven 5-phase structure: dynamic warm-up → skill focus → drill progression → team/match play → cool-down & debrief. No two sessions are identical — each follows the 36-week annual curriculum.

Track — Data That Means Something

We continuously measure progress against each student's own baseline. Schools get periodic reports, parents get visibility via the LegaXy app, and coaches use data to refine sessions in real time.

Tracking

What Gets Tracked

Attendance, skill scores across 12+ parameters, fitness benchmarks, coach notes, injury logs, and tournament participation. All visible to schools, parents, and LegaXy management in real time.

Compete — Where Growth Becomes Real

Students get inter-school exposure and competitive opportunities — School Olympics, inter-house tournaments, and external circuits. Competition builds character, teaches resilience, and makes progress visible to the student themselves.

Competition

Competitive Ecosystem

LegaXy manages a full competitive calendar — inter-house events, inter-school leagues, Parents Premier League, and School Olympics. Students compete at the right level for their development stage.
